Credentials: International Surfing Association (ISA) Level 2 Surf Coach, Bronze Medallion Surf Rescue, Former Indonesian Surfing Championship Competitor
Bio: A true Canggu local, Wayan has been surfing the breaks of Echo Beach and Batu Bolong for over 25 years. He is a respected figure in the Indonesian surf community, known for his powerful style and encyclopedic knowledge of the local waves. Wayan founded Surfing Canggu to share his deep passion for the sport and to create a world-class coaching program that honors local culture. He personally develops our training curriculum and mentors our entire coaching staff, ensuring the highest standards of instruction and safety.

Board Rental & Equipment Specialist
Credentials: Certified in Surfboard Ding Repair & Maintenance
Bio: Bagus is our resident board expert. With a keen eye for craftsmanship, he manages our extensive quiver of premium surfboards.
